EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange within 7 days of purchase:

You may exchange your jewelry at full value, provided it remains in its original, unused condition. Only one exchange is allowed per invoice.

Exchange after 7 days of purchase:

  • Gold/Platinum Jewelry: Exchange at the current market price, with deductions for minimum melting charges and applicable taxes.

  • Natural Diamond Jewelry (Prestige): 100% of the current market price, with deductions for minimum making charges and applicable taxes.

  • Precious Stone/Natural Stone Jewelry (Rang Mahal): 75% of the current market value for natural stones (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire), with deductions for minimum making charges and taxes.

  • Lab Grown Jewellery (Evermore): 100% exchange if new jewellery purchased is 150% increase in value, with deduction of making charges and taxes.

CASH BUYBACK

  • Gold/Platinum Jewelry: The standard rate deduction policy will apply to the prevailing price of gold jewelry, and 96% of the current market price will be applied to platinum jewelry with deduction of making charges and taxes.

  • Natural Diamond Jewelry: For natural diamond jewelry, 90% of the prevailing diamond price will be applied, with deduction of making charges and taxes, provided a valid invoice and the original diamond certificate are presented.

  • Precious Stone/Natural Stone Jewelry (Rang Mahal): 70% of the prevailing market price for natural stones (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire) with deduction of making charges and taxes.

  • Lab Grown Jewellery (Evermore): 80% of prevailing market price, with deduction of making charges and taxes.

ASSURED LIFETIME MAINTENANCE

Siroya Jewellers offers lifetime maintenance and repair services for ornaments at any of its outlets across the UAE (as long as they are not broken and are in a repairable condition).

Replacement or addition of diamonds, uncut diamonds, precious gems, platinum, and gold will be billed at current market prices.

CUSTOMER ORDERS

Custom orders can be made and the gold rate secured by paying 50% of the estimated jewelry value.

All customer orders must be collected within one month from the delivery date specified on the voucher.

DISCRETION OF RIGHTS

The company retains the right to use its discretion in approving all exchanges and cash buybacks and may change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
